As soon as new mums feel ready to leave their babies for a couple of hours without feeling anxious, these classes will allow them to experience a little ‘me time’, while fathers and other family members have an opportunity to bond with the baby!

The classes are a natural progression from baby yoga ( basic postnatal recovery with the baby) or pregnancy yoga for those ladies that are keen to develop a regular yoga practice and bring their body back into alignment post pregnancy and birth.

All postnatal yoga is safe for breastfeeding mums, and for women who experienced challenging or complicated births. Many yoga therapy techniques are applied in postnatal yoga to help heal and recover the body, mind, heart and spirit. Pelvic floor and stomach muscle tone recovery are essential elements of these classes, as is cranio-sacral re-alignmnent and the weaving together again of the core muscles that support the spine and pelvis
