InJoy! is a journey from unconsciousness to dawning awakeness.

It came from a sincere and genuine desire to experience true and lasting joy each and everyday that we are alive.

I say we, because I believe that what one person does influences another. We have an individual and a collective consciousness and so an individual and collective responsibility- to ourselves, each other and the planet we inhabit.

We also have a choice: To take responsibility or to avoid it, and to live a life with Divine guidance or to go it alone. I spent a long time going it alone before I accepted that I wasn’t getting anywhere nice, anytime fast!

In my search for lasting joy and truth I found many teachers and many paths I could follow. However I found each platform, be it Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, Religion, to be limiting and not entirely complete without the willingness to embrace the emotions and desires each of us has with a willingness to work through them.

InJoy! Is about feeling good and being who we truly are. Not being our conditioned responses and learned behaviours.

I found Rosanna's yoga class when I was looking for a local pregnancy yoga class held in the evenings, as everything else seemed to be day time classes only. I was so glad to have found it, as this class was so much more than just a yoga class. Set in the serenity of Rosie's home, the classes were small, relaxing, reassuring and inspiring. For those just seeking yoga, this is a gentle, rejuvenating and calming class. For those seeking more, it nurtures the beginnings of a spiritual journey to motherhood. Rosanna has a fantastic knack of matching the mood of her class, always finding out how everyone is feeling and designing the class around the energy of the group. Some evenings were invigorating and energizing, others were simply deeply relaxing, but it was agreed by everyone in the group that Thursday evenings were always the ones we looked forward to the most in our week!

My husband and I also took Rosanna's birth preparation class, which I would recommend to everyone. Rosanna went over every kind of breathing exercise and birthing position possible - and taught my husband - all of which came in useful during the birth of my son and much more realistic approach than the birth preparation classes that I attended at the local hospital.

Aside from the physical preparation, Rosie provided fantastic emotional support and I made some wonderful friends during my few months at pregnancy yoga. Needless to say, I also took baby yoga with my son... he'll be doing handstands in no time!'

Hi Rosanna,

Sorry, seem to always be rushing out of classes,
but just wanted to let you know how fantastic I am finding them - it has been so nice to find something (someone!) exactly on my wave length, I am really enjoying the escape from the real world every Thursday night.

Another shove in the right direction from the Universe.

Hi Rosanna,

Just wanted to let you know that our little one eventually arrived ... Jamie appeared at 1:30am Sun 6 Jan (one week past expected due date) at the Birth Centre of Queen Charlotte hospital.

I was able to deliver in the water, about 4 1/2 hours after getting in birthing pool, and managed with only a TENS machine for pain relief before that. It was hard work and pretty long as contractions started sporadically throughout Fri. night and were pretty intense from mid-day Sat. But, I was really happy that it all went naturally and the water birth was ideal for me - a lot less tiring for the legs!

Thanks very much for all the advice throughout the weeks of Sun. morning Yoga classes - I always looked forward to them.

It helped me immensely to know what to expect and to have suggestions to act on to sort out all the minor aches / pains and positioning of the baby beforehand.

All the best,

Sandra Fountain

Hi Rosa,

I'm looking forward to coming on Thurs. Thought the
baby was coming on Wed,Thurs last week but he seem
to have gone back up and happy to stay in, so I plan
to be there.

Yoga seems the only good thing about being preggie
at mo apart from when the baby comes of course.

Look forward to seeing you and the gals,

love,
bobbi xx

Hi Rosanna,

Thank you so much for your lovely card and emails, I’m really touched that you are thinking of us. I start each day planning to jot down my birth story but I haven’t quite got there yet, maybe today.

I really did have the most positive experience everything went perfectly (though obviously intolerably painful for a few hours) and because I had such a good birth with no tears and no drugs I had a very quick recovery and Ethan started life fully alert.

I think the yoga and perineal massage are definitely responsible for the smooth physical aspects but also for the positive attitude and confidence I had.

Thanks again,

Best wishes,

Chris

Hi Rosanna,

It has been two weeks since i attended your Yoga class
and our conversation after that. sorry for writing only now.

As per your advice, I have got the Louise Hay book
and from starting reading it already I feel much better.

Thanks for being such a good listener, not many people
know how to do it these days. And thank you for being
there at the right time with the right advice.
Maybe that's all I needed at that moment.

...and you are a wonderful teacher who truly cares
about us women..

Yours,

Revital

InJoy! is all about connecting with the gift that we are
and the power that made us alive.

But what is underneath all that stuff! This is how we can come to shine brightly…when we are who we truly are, stripped from the FEARS (False Expectations Appearing Real) that govern our waking life.

InJoy! is also about connecting to Divine Love and Divine Truth therefore not seeking so desperately to be self reliant and thus, supposedly, safe from hurt and pain.

Someone…something, brought us into being. Life is NOT some freak accident…it’s a gift!!!

So InJoy! is all about reconnecting with the gift that we are and the power that made us alive. It’s about being honest with ourselves and each other, feeling our pain and all the feelings we love to run from, and embracing ourselves completely as our Creator does.

As we do this, we can come to embrace each other with the same lack of judgment, criticism and fear and learn to live in love.

As we learn to respect ourselves, and each other, we will also respect our environment and every living creature in it, and see all this as the greatest expression of life.

And what a wonderful world this shall be!
