Baby yoga helps new mums adapt to the changing demands of early parenthood through physical yoga with their babies beside them. It involves pranayama (breathing work), relaxation, self acceptance, self nurturing and group support.

Parent and baby interaction is developed in a loving and safe space using songs and rhymes and yoga sequences for babies. The sequences help promote the natural developmental stages of babies and can also help alleaviate many baby "problems" such as colic, constipation, crying, sleep disturbance and anxiousness.

We sing nursery rhymes to movements and develop baby massage, confidence and trust-building skills. We show you relaxed baby holds and yoga for both mums and dads (yes dad's are welcome too!  Baby yoga is an interactive experience for parents and babies.

Each class ends with a relaxation session, tea, biscuits and chat.

Nurture and strengthen your bond with your baby with light-hearted yoga based practices benefiting babies and parents alike. Sequences designed to help babies with colic, constipation, digestion, relaxation, trust and sleep are set to well known rhymes. Plenty of rest and relaxation with your baby, and lifesaving yoga for you!
